The wall structure used for the partition wall in the buildings or shipbuilding, enables to increase the productivity at the assembly work and to reduce the weight of the building structure by simply connecting the ceiling material with the base supporting material. The panels(10)(10a) are connected by fitting between the wedge type concave/convex sections(23, 24) formed on the outer panel(14). The connecting section(25) formed on the inner panel(15) is fastened by the screw(26). The upper/lower support sections(15a, 15b) of the inner panel are fastened with the base plate(11) and ceiling material(12) by the screw(19, 21). The silicon material is inserted between the wedge type sections(23, 24).
