摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the molding method of forming a distinct temperature distribution for a preform and easy to adjust the wall thickness distribution of a final finished container. CONSTITUTION:A blow core mold 40 and a stretching rod 50 are disposed in a preform 10, and then temperature controlled air is introduced into the preform through an air passage 54 of the stretching rod 50 prior to the completion of mold clamping of a cavity mold 30, and temperature controlled air is blown out of an air plenum 58 formed on the end of the air passage. The temperature controlled air is blown into a heel corresponding zone 18 in the preform 10 to control the temperature of the zone to the given temperature locally. The blowing of temperature controlled air is continued until just before the start of biaxial stretch blow molding process. After that, the preform 10 is biaxially stretch blow molded by lowering drive of a stretching rod 50 and the introduction of blow air from a blow core mold 40 and a bottle of the same shape as that of a cavity face of the cavity mold 30 is molded. At that time, a bottle heel section can be molded into a comparatively thick wall.
