<p>The shock absorber consists of a split bush (3) which fixes around the central portion of the handle bar (1) and is fixed to the cross-piece (4') of a rectangular U-shaped member (4). The ends of the U-shaped member's two side pieces (4") are fixed to a cylindrical member (6) located inside a hollow cylinder (16), with an elastic insert between the two cylindrical surfaces to oppose their relative rotation. The hollow cylinder is fixed in a split bush on the upper end of the handlebar stem (2), while the two ends of the cylindrical member are shaped to fit without play into corresponding recesses in the ends of the two branches. <IMAGE></p> |
