PURPOSE:To provide the subject device wherein I2 added to a part of a NOx containing gaseous waste cleaning solution is reduced by a reducing agent contained in the solution, surplus I2 is optically detected, and the detected value is converted into an electric signal thereby controlling the concentration of the reducing agent contained in the cleaning solution at good accuracy and cheap cost.
