The device surely and accurately mixes water from a water circuit with high temperature water from a high temperature water circuit. A supply hot water pipe(14) in the downstream end of the high temperature water circuit joins a supply water pipe(31) in the downstream end of the water circuit on the same axis. An internal side outlet agrees almost with the other outlet or protrudes to the downstream from the other outlet, of the supply hot water pipe (14) or the supply water pipe (31). A stir flow generating means (4) is provided in the vicinity of an outlet part or the downstream of the outlet part, of the supply hot water pipe (14) and the supply water pipe (31).
