PURPOSE:To obtain an arithmetic result such as matrix arithmetic operation at a high speed and at a low cost by employing a data conversion table memory to the memory cell of which Y, M, C image data are written by using combination of plural color representing characteristic data as addresses. CONSTITUTION:The combination of yellow, magenta, cyan image data obtained by applying gamma correction to the result of matrix arithmetic operation is stored in a memory cell corresponding to each address being the combination of each of R, G, B image data in a data ROM 34. When a prescribed address is read from a CPU 35 via a data bus 39, the image data after matrix arithmetic operation and gamma correction are outputted from the ROM 34 to a bus 39. |
