PURPOSE:To suppress discharge of hydrocarbon through prevention the occurrence of blow-by of fuel and to prevent the occurrence of seizure by effecting cooling a piston. CONSTITUTION:Formation of a two-cycle cylinder injection engine 1 is such that a recessed part 4b is formed in the top part 4a of a piston 4 and a combustion chamber 15 is formed between a top part 4a when the piston 4 is located at a top dead center and a cylinder head wall surface 6 positioned facing the top part, and a cylinder head 6 is provided with a fuel injector 16 through which fuel is directly injected in the combustion chamber 15 and an igniting ignition plug 17. A heat insulating structure 18 is arranged in the recessed part 4b formed in the piston top part 4a.
