<p>PURPOSE:To improve low-temp. fixability by specifying the compsn. ratio and glass transition temp. of a polycondensation product composed essentially of arom. dicarboxylic acid, polycarboxylic acid and/or polyol, specified arom. diol and a diol compd. CONSTITUTION:A nonlinear polycondensation product is composed of arom. dicarboxylic acid, polycarboxylic acid other than dicarboxylic acid and/or polyol other than diol, arom. diol represented by formula I, aliphatic diol and a diol compd. represented by formula II. The amt. of the polycarboxylic acid and/or the polyol is 1-30mol% of the total amt. of all the acid components, the amt. of the arom. diol is <=90mol%, the amt. of the sliphatic diol is >=10mol% and the amt. of the dial compd. is 0.5-10mol. The glass transition temp. and softening temp. of the product are regulated to 40-80 deg.C and 90-170 deg.C, respectively. High toughness is ensured and low-temp. fixability, anti-offsetting property, blocking resistance and printing resistance can be improved.</p> |
