PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture an angle material with a high quality, whose top part is squarish, and a thickness near the top part is thicker than the thicknesses of both sides. CONSTITUTION:A band plate 1 made of a metal is run in the longitudinal direction. A bent material 3 is formed by bending a center part in the width direction of the band plate 1 with rolls 4a and 4b. The bent part of the bent material 3 is heated, while it is being heated, it is passed through a first roll caliber, and an intermediate band plate 49 with expanded parts in the longitudinal direction on both surfaces in the center part in the width direction, is formed. While the intermediate band plate 49 is being heated, it is passed through inside a second roll caliber, a top part where the outside surface of one side and that of the other side cross each other, is made squarish, and an angle material 32 whose thickness near the top part is thicker than the thicknesses of both sides, is formed. |
