PURPOSE:To provide a damping force varying type vibrationproof mount which can vary the damping force and can attenuate the prescribed vibration of a vibration generation part which is supported. CONSTITUTION:The upper wall 12B of a body 12 is formed thin, and can be made deformable. A liquid chamber 29 is formed of the body 12 and a bottom cover 16, and the inside is charged with the electric viscous fluid 31. In the liquid chamber 20, a vibration plate 26 connected with the upper wall 12B by a bolt 22 is arranged. On the outer periphery of the vibrating plate 26, an electrode 30 is fixed, and connected with the plus side of a dc high voltage electric power source 34, and the body 12 is connected with the minus side. When a lateral axis angular table type flat surface grinding machine 44 is supported, and the vertical vibration is inputted on the upper wall 12B, the vibrating plate 26 vibrates in the vertical direction, and is applied with the resistance of the electric viscous fluid 31. Accordingly, vibration is attenuated. By varying the applied voltage, the viscosity of the electric viscous fluid 31 varies. and the damping force varies. |
