PURPOSE:To prevent a rear-end collision to a preceding moving body by surely stopping a succeeding moving body at a prescribed interval to the preceding moving body. CONSTITUTION:A travel road 1 is divided into multiple closed zones N1-Nn at prescribed intervals L0 along the extending direction, and leakage coaxial cable transmission circuits L12, Ln-1n, are laid over the adjacent closed zones Ni, Nj. The leakage coaxial cable transmission circuits L12, Ln-1n, are extended in parallel, and they are provided with transmitting system transmission line sections 11, receiving system transmission line sections 12, and connecting transmission line sections 13 connecting them. The connecting transmission line sections 13 are arranged in the crossing direction of the travel road 1 in the width direction at the boundary sections of adjacent closed zones Ni, Nj. The transmitting system transmission line sections 11 are arranged on the left side of the travel road 1 in the closed zones Nj, and the receiving system transmission line sections 12 are arranged on the right side of the travel road 1 in the closed zones Ni respectively. |
