PURPOSE:To provide the call managing method for radio telephony equipment and the radio telephony equipment for which cost is reduced, extendability is provided and processing efficiency is improved without generating any useless task by generating a call managing task for only the base station, for which the existence of a radio slave equipment inside a present base station is fixed, to perform call managing control when call incoming to the radio slave equipment is generated and by performing batch management at a paging call managing part until the existence is further cleared. CONSTITUTION:When a base station receives a call setting message to the radio slave equipment through a line control channel control part of a line interface part 41 in the communication system of mobile object, the call managing task is not generated at the time point when the call setting message is received but a call incoming message is transmitted through a radio transmitting/receiving part 44b of a radio interface part 43 and when the existence of the radio slave equipment inside the present station area is cleared, the call managing task is generated.
