摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simply and quickly evaluate the separative power of nitrogen and carbon dioxide of a ceramic by bringing the mixed gas of nitrogen and carbon dioxide into contact with the ceramic, and obtaining the difference of the retention time between them. CONSTITUTION:When the time from the adsorption to desorption of gas on the surface of a ceramic is defined as retention time, the retention time corresponds to the strength of the adsorption power or desorption power. When the retention time is long, gas is strongly adsorbed on the surface of the ceramic. When the retention time is short, gas is easily desorbed from the surface of the ceramic. The mixed gas of nitrogen and carbon dioxide is filled into the ceramic to be measured, the ceramic is put in a column, the retention time when each gas is desorbed is measured, and the difference is obtained. The separative power of nitrogen and carbon dioxide is evaluated to be excellent when the difference is large.</p>
