MOLDING OF INFLATION FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for molding an upward air-cooled inflation film enabling the stable molding of an inflation film at a high speed and molding a film markedly excellent in non-uniform wall thickness accuracy. CONSTITUTION:An upward air-cooled inflation film is molded by extruding a thermoplastic resin from the tubular die of an extruder in a molten state and a blowing gas of which the density is higher than that of air into the extrudate to exand the same by internal pressure to form a tubular film and cooling and solidifying the film to continuously take up the same.
