PURPOSE:To provide a sensor ceramic heater capable of quickly heating a sensor without causing troubles such as cracks and an open circuit and provide an oxygen sensor. CONSTITUTION:A heating pattern 9 is constituted of a heating section 1 meandering in six lines on the tip side of a substrate and a pair of lead sections 12 extended on the root side of the substrate from the right and left end sections of the heating section 11. The line width of the center section 11a of the heating section 11 is set larger than the line width of the right and left side sections 11b1, 11b2 in particular, thus the resistance value of the center section 11a of the heating section 11 is made smaller than the resistance value of the side sections 11b1, 11b2. The line interval of the center section 11a of the heating section 11 is set wider than the line interval of the side sections 11b1, 11b2, and the heating value of the center section 11a of the heating section 11 is made smaller than any heating value of the right and left side sections 11b1, 11b2. |
