PURPOSE:To obtain a blood vessel anastomotic tool by which a binding pin and a pin inserting hole can be easily located. CONSTITUTION:Blood vessel anastomotic tools 1a, 1b are provided with a penetrating hole 4 in which end parts of blood vessel resected by board-shaped molded bodies 2, 2 are inserted respectively. Each of the molded bodies 2, 2 is provided with binding pins 5a to 5l which support both end parts of blood vessel inserted into the penetrating hole 4 between ifself and the other molded body 2 and also provided with pin inserting holes 6a to 6l. Both molded bodies 2, 2 are supported by means of a forceps having planes by which board-shaped molded bodies 2, 2 are sandwiched at their outer circumferential faces, thereby they are bound together and end parts of blood vessel are anastomosed. The end parts of blood vessel are supported until they adhere to each other between the molded bodies 2, 2 after the anastomosis. Plane parts 7, 7 are formed parallel with each other on two places of the outer circumferential face of each of the molded bodies 2, and the binding pins 5a to 51 and the pin inserting holes 6a to 6l are arranged in reference to the plane parts 7. Engage-stopping parts by which blood vessel is engage-stopped are formed on the tip ends of the binding pins 5a to 5l. |
