PURPOSE:To provide a display device for the advertisement of goods capable of driving a light emitting body to emit light over a long term in a goods display case without using a dry cell and a storage cell nor connecting a power source cord to a commercial power source by drawing it out to the outside of the goods display case. CONSTITUTION:This display device for the avertisement of goods 11 is disposed in a showcase 1 having a space part 3, which can be closed, and provided with a shelf 5 for displaying goods in the space part 3 and a fluorescent lamp 7 illuminating the goods A. It is equipped with the light emitting body 15 disposed in he showcase 1, and a power source part 13 disposed in the showcase 1 and supplying power to the light emitting body 15. The power source part 13 is constituted of a solar battery panel 19 and an attaching tool 17 supporting the light receiving surface 1901 of the panel 19 so as to face the fluorescent lamp 7.
