<p>PURPOSE:To materialize an effective aerial gradation method by a great many longitudinal parallel lines, to extend an allowance of the distance between the end light emitting element of LEDA and the edge face of a chip, and to enlarge remarkably the degree of freedom in the production of an LEDA head. CONSTITUTION:The light emitting elements 3 of LEDA chips 5, 6 constituting an LEDA head 4 are arranged alternately at intervals of narrow and wide distances.</p> |
