PURPOSE:To enabling a user to grasp a bar to be grasped in a correct in expensively provide a means of grasping position in a stable state. CONSTITUTION:This means is formed of an elastic material and has a hole 2 which is penetrated in a vertical direction for insertion of the bar to be grasped, an outer peripheral part 4 which encloses this hole 2 and a projecting part 3 which projects outward in the radial direction of the hole 3 from this outer peripheral part 4. A nearly flat surface 3a on which the thumb can be placed when the bar mounted in the hole 2 is grasped is formed on at least the front surface of this projecting part. This means for correcting and training the ways of holding the bars to be grasped is formed of the elastic material and has the hole which is penetrated in the vertical direction for insertion of the bar to be grasped, the outer peripheral part which encloses the hoard the projecting part which projects outward in the radial direction of the hole from the outer peripheral part and the nearly flat surface on which the thumb can be placed when the bar mounted in the hole is grasped is formed on at least the front surface of the projecting part. |
