RESIN TAILING REMOVING DEVICE FOR SYNTHETIC RESIN FOAMED RAW LIQUID AGITATOR

PURPOSE:To remove adhered synthetic resin tailings on an end section of a Cylinder annexed to a nozzle outer periphery without using cleaning liquid or a metal piece for scraping off the adhered tailings by providing a cylinder annexed to the outer periphery on the lower section of a nozzle and rotating and putting up the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 3 annexed to an outer periphery is provided as a resin tailing removing device A on the lower section of a nozzle 2. The upper section of the nozzle is connected with the cylinder 3 annexed to the outer periphery by a joint bar provided with helical pushing-up rings 5a having two lines of assymmetrical channels with lowering right side (or lowering left side). Resin tailings 10 adhered to an inner wall of an end section 3a of the cylinder 3 adhered to the outer periphery of the nozzle are removed by pushing up rotation handles 4, left and right, fixed to a central section of the joint bar with lifting left side (or lifting right side) and scraping off the tailings by means of the end of the nozzle. Thus, the tailings are scraped off physically to eliminate the necessity of labor for cleaning the contamination working equipment and recovering a solvent generated by using the metal piece or the solvent during the process of continuous injection.
