<p>PURPOSE:To improve foaming property and foam breaking property, to eliminate hard stimulus feeding and to increase a cleaning ability by forming a fabric ground with insertion yarn and warp that are spun yarn of specific yarn number count consisting of specific synthetic fiber. CONSTITUTION:The spun yarn consisting of acrylic synthetic fiber of unit denier of 1-3d is used as the insertion yarn of the fabric ground consisting of the warp 1 and the insertion yarn. When thin fiber less than 1d is used, a high slime feeling is obtained, and a cleaning ability or stimulus feeling is greatly damaged. While, when the fiber over 3d is used, it is undesirable to use since an excessive stimulus feeling is obtained. Also, when a filament using the spun yarn of 10-25 yarn number count is used, it is undesirable to use since high slippage occurs in cleaning, and when the spun yarn with yarn number count less than 10 is used, it is hard to use due to unsatisfactory handling feeling in the cleaning, and also, much detergent is required, while, when the spun yarn with yarn number count over 52 is used, a poor volume feeling is obtained, and undesirable foaming property is obtained. The warp 1 is formed in a chain stitch structure, and a body towel having superior foaming property can be obtained by cutting the fabric ground stitched with warp having density of 8 wale and sewing a terminal by an overlock sewing machine.</p> |
