AUTOMOBILE SUNVISOR AND MOLDING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To integrate pivot rotating mechanism around a stay insert hole simultaneously with molding in the molding process of an automobile sunvisor formed by blow molding. CONSTITUTION:An air blast nozzle with a resin plate spring 40 fitted into the outer periphery is disposed between two thermoplastic resin sheets 21, 22 softened by heating, and clamped. Air is then force-fed from the air blast nozzle 30. The inside of a sunvisor is thereby formed into a cavity, and the plate spring 40 fitted into the outer periphery of the air blast nozzle 30 is taken in between the resin sheets 21, 22 and integrated into the sunvisor 1.
