PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare information by and managing the date information of respective information files and keywords extracted from the respective data files in relativity and appropriately presenting the other relating data files in an information preparation process. CONSTITUTION:A supporting system management part 6 prepares the information files by adding the keywords extracted by a keyword extraction part 3 and date data extracted by a date extraction part 5 to data and retrieves the specified data file when the retrieval of the data file is instructed from an outside. An information file storage part 7 stores the information files prepared by the supporting system management part 6, a screen operation part 8 expresses information read from the information file storage part 7 by this supporting system in a form easily understandable for an operator and then, a display part 9 displays the easily understandable information. Thus, the information are efficiently prepared. |
