PURPOSE:To miniature a whole pump and reduce its weight by providing an attraction part and a repulsion part in the axial direction between an electromagnetic coil and a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A pump is provided with an electromagnetic coil 1 of approximately cylindrical shape where a coil is coiled in a cylindrical manner in an annular core, and a vibrator 5 arranged in the electromagnetic coil 1. The vibrator 5 is provided with a permanent magnet 6 which is polarized in the axial direction and pole pieces 7a, 7b, 7c to be magnetized by the permanent magnet 6 on each pole side of the permanent magnet 6, and a diaphragm is connected to each end. The vibration type pump is characterized in the arrangement of each parts, the center line X-X to equally divide the electromagnetic coil 1 in the linear symmetrical manner is aligned with the center line X-X to equally divide the width W1 in the axial direction of the pole pieces 7a, 7c, and the center line Y-Y to divide the width W4 in the axial direction of one magnetic pole M of the annular core is aligned with the center line Y-Y to divide the distance W5 between the pole pieces. |
