PURPOSE:To form a surface shape having good accuracy to a device material. CONSTITUTION:A bell 11 of a first bell holder rotatable around the axis LA in the perpendicular direction is so provided with a transfer mold 2 that the symmetrical axis of its transfer surface shape 2A is aligned with the axis LA. A transfer material 3 is held at the transfer surface part and the device material 1 is set on the side reverse to the transfer mold. The device material 1 is gently regulated in a half-clamping state by the bell part of a second bell holder 13 rotatable around the axis common with the axis of rotation of the first bell holder. While the first and second bell holders are rotated around the common axis, the spacing between the first and second bell holders is narrowed, thereby, the symmetrical axis of the transfer mold 2 and the symmetrical axis SA of rotation of the device material are aligned and thereafter, the transfer mold 2 and the device material 1 are completely clamped and the transfer material 3 is solidified in this state, and the surface shape transfer is executed. |
