PURPOSE: To provide a developer unit capable of reducing the rise of a temperature in an unit and the formation of aggregation, and improving the efficiency of a magnetic seal by separating the heat produced by a bearing from a developer material. CONSTITUTION: A developer unit comprises a housing 81 for defining a chamber 82 storing the supply of the toner, a member for moving the toner in the chamber of the housing, a support structure 92 projecting from the housing and supporting the member, and a bearing 116 disposed on the support structure and rotatably supporting the member separately from the housing.
