<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a nonhuman transgenic animal useful to fix such a drug that induces abnormal growth of epidermis or protects epidermis, by introducing a recombinant gene structure of a marker gene and a regulator region which can be derived on an internal capsular skin and hair follicle. CONSTITUTION: A gene recombinant comprising (A) a regulator region which can be derived on an internal capsular skin and hair follicle and (B) a marker gene, for example, plasmid pkIV*Z(8.8) is introduced into a nonhuman animal such as a mouse. The gene plasmid pkIV*Z(8.8) to be introduced can be obtd., for example, by connecting a 8.8 kbp DNA section in the 5' region in front of the K6 keratin gene of a cow to the coding region in aβ-galactosidase gene. The obtd. combinant has a part shown as a solid line derived from the coding region of the K6 keratin gene, a part shown as a rectangle which is lacz derived from the gene of b-galactosidase, and a part shown as a broken line which is pPoly III derived from a vector.</p> |
