PURPOSE:To efficiently and rationally manage information to be reflected by other systems by sending alteration information, extracted from the difference between pieces of information before and after alteration of a data base to other information processors. CONSTITUTION:When the definition information of the data base 1 is altered with an alteration processing means 2, the information is stored in a managing means 7 for alteration contents such as addition, alteration, and deletion. A distribution resource information managing means 3 structures difference extraction environment for a difference extracting means, which refers to the alteration content managing means 7 in this difference extraction environment to extract the difference between definition information distributed to an opposite computer system and the altered definition information. Then the extracted alteration information is sent by a copy transfer processing means 12 to other information processors. Consequently, the communication amount of data is made small as compared with a method which distributes all information. |
