<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a printer which has a simple structure and is less expensive and in which the pressure between a pinch roller and a platen roller can be changed by the rotation of a change-over member, and paper can be wound up onto the platen roller tightly. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is equipped with a change-over member 12 which is rotated by a driving device 13 and a pair of elastic members 38, 39 in which one end is attached to the change-over member and the other end is attached to pinch roller fitting members 36, 37 on the paper discharge side and on the paper supply side, and the elastic members 38, 39 are stretched/contracted by the rotation of the change-over member 12 so that the pinch roller fitting members are rotated 36, 37, changing the pressure between pinch rollers 10, 11 on the paper discharge side and the paper supply side and a platen roller.</p> |
