PURPOSE:To stabilize the output waveform at the time of oscillation on/off control. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation circuit main body 10 consists of a first two-input NAND gate 11, a feedback resistance 12, an oscillator 13, and capacitors C1 and C2. One input terminal of the NAND gate 11 is used as a control terminal 17 to which a first control signal CTR1 for oscillation on/off control is inputted. The output terminal of the oscillation circuit main body 10 is connected to one input terminal of a second two-input NAND gate 16 through two-stage inverters 14 and 15. The other input terminal of the second NAND gate 16 is connected to a control terminal 18 to which a second control signal CTR2 is inputted. The second NAND gate 16 is used to mask the oscillation output for a prescribed time by the second control signal CTR 2, and the output is a final clock output MCK. |
