PURPOSE:To provide a chaos neuron circuit and its control method where delay information can be fed back even in a digital neuron network with the same simple constitution as an analog neuron network. CONSTITUTION:An output Vout from an inverting amplifier is detected by an output detection part 11 and is temporarily stored in a RAM 13, and a CPU 12 reads out data of a specific time interval DELTAt from the RAM 13 to obtain a feedback value to be averaged and refers to an averaging conversion table in a ROM 14 by this feedback value to read out pertinent averaged data and outputs it to a clock generation part 15, and the clock generation part 15 generates a clock signal in accordance with averaged data to feed back it to the gate electrode of a transistor. |
