PURPOSE:To provide a mounting means of a.n optical cable connecting box for winding type OPGW at a steel tower. CONSTITUTION:Bolt holes 7, 19 for mounting the optical cable connecting box for winding type OPGW are disposed at the prescribed points of a cross rod part 6 of a T-shaped base body 5 of the optical cable connecting box for winding type OPGW provided with outlets or inlets for the optical cable on both opposite side faces of the connecting box. A supporting rod 10 is fixed in parallel with the cross rod part 6 at the prescribed point of the vertical rod part 8 of the T-shaped base body 5. Clamping means 4 for clamping the prescribed sections of the steel tower are loosely fitted to both sides holding the vertical rod part 8 of this supporting rod 10 and nuts 12 for pressing these clamping means 4 inward are screwed on the outer side of the clamping means 4, by which this mounting means is obtd. As a result, the connecting box is made mountable to the large-sized angle of the steel tower as well and the mounting operation is facilitated. |
