PURPOSE:To obtain the image recording device with communication function in which a troublesome operation caused in the case of recording an image received by communication with an image voice communication equipment such as a video telephone set is avoided and the received image is recorded on recording paper without deterioration. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of image data from other image voice communication equipment through a communication channel, a control section 1 of a communication control section 2 transfers the data to a coding decoding section 3, in which the data are decoded and transfers voice data to a voice input output section 9, in which a voice is sounded via a receiver and transfers the image data to an image display section 8, on which the image is displayed. However, when a print button is depressed during communication, a communication image processing parameter stored in a ROM is read and transferred to an image processing section 6, in which various kinds of image processing are applied to the image data read from the image memory 10 according to the communication image processing parameter and the image data are transferred to an image recording section 7, in which the image is recorded on recording paper. |
