<p>PURPOSE:To optionally set the tilt angle of a music stand within a certain range and hold the tilt state. CONSTITUTION:The music stand 11 is provided facing the intermediate part of the upper front plate of the upright piano, the music stand 11 is supported on the side of its upper edge 11a rotatably through a pivot 14, and a lock arm 18 which is placed under the operation of a return spring 24 is provided vertically slidably at the back part of the music stand; and plural lock grooves 18a are formed in the lock arm 18 in its projection direction, a stopper 20 which can be locked selectively in those lock grooves 18a is provided on a fixed seat 21 installed below the music stand 11, and an operation lever 25 which elevates the lock arm 18 is provided at the reverse surface part of the projection edge 11b of the music stand 11.</p> |
