<p>PURPOSE:To reduce switching noise with a simple switching circuit constitution, and also to get favorable switching. CONSTITUTION:For the driving circuit for every pixel of a liquid crystal display, the source and drains of two n-channel type MOS TFT's 33 and 34 are connected in series, and the source electrode of the TFT 34 is connected to a liquid crystal capacity CLC. The drain electrode of the TFT 33 is connected to a drain line 32, and an image data signal is inputted, and the gate voltage signal from the gate line 31 is applied to the gate electrodes of the TFTs 33 and 34. The gate width (90mum) of the TFT 34 closer to the liquid crystal capacity is narrower, and the gate width (180mum) of the TFT 33 farther from the liquid crystal capacity is wider. Hereby, the transistor capacity on the side of the load capacity becomes small, and the switching noise can be reduced, and also the channel resistance becomes small, and sharp switching property can be gotten.</p> |
