PURPOSE:To make a worker unnecessary and to save manpower in a management place by reading identification information stored in the identifier of a wheel in a bicycle while the wheels are rotated and managing the entrance/ exit of the bicycle into/from a parking lot based on the information. CONSTITUTION:A data carrier 8 fitted to the front wheel 3 rotates with the rotation of a front wheel 3. As the data carrier 8 passes the front of a reader/ writer part 24, a response unit incorporated in the data carrier 8 outputs data in response to the reader/writer part 24. When the main control part of the response unit receives a resonance frequency f2 for information transmission from the reader/writer part 24, information included in the resonance frequency f2 is identified. When it is a read command, stored information corresponding to the read command is read from a memory and a modulation circuit converts it into the resonance frequency f2 for information transmission and it is transmitted to the reader/writer part 24. Thus, required items at the time of entrance/ exit into/from the parking lot, namely, the contents of a contract term, an individual number, a parking lot name and a crime prevention registration number are read. |
