发明名称 WET CAPACITOR USING ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high-capacity and high-performance wet capacitor by a method wherein a high molybdenum-ferrite stainless steel is used as a negative electrode metal can material. CONSTITUTION:A plate consisting of a JIS SUS 444 material is subjected to press processing to obtain a negative electrode can. Moreover, a plate consisting of a JIS SUS 304 material is subjected to press processing to obtain a positive electrode can. One of these electrodes is made to bond to the negative electrode can using a conductive bonding agent obtained by dispersing carbon powder in organic semiconductor powder having a polyacene skeleton construction and the other electrode is made to bond to the positive electrode can using the bonding agent. After being dried, these electrodes are impregnated with an electrolyte. As the electrolyte, a (C2H5)4NBF4-propylene carbonate solution is used. Thereby, a high-capacity and highperformance capacitor can be obtained.
