PURPOSE: To generate measurements of carbon dioxide gas for which accurate humidity compensation is carried out. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide gas measuring and controlling system are equipped with a thermal conductivity CO2 sensor 2 and a humidity sensor 1, which emit output signal independently, and they are compared by a microprocessor 34, which allows the measurements of carbon dioxide gas having a humidity compensation of an accuracy within±0.1%. |
