Immunonanoparticles consisting of nanoparticles of a polymeric methylidenemalonate compound coated with anti- beta 2 microglobulin antibodies, drugs containing same, and the use thereof for preventing and/or treating diseases caused by HIV infection, for making drugs for preventing and/or treating such diseases, as biological reactants, or in a method for screening for the presence of beta 2 microglobulin in free form or combined with viral particles in a biological fluid sample.
