The magnetic sign or label comprises two flexible sheets. The front sheet (1) is made of paper which provides the visible surface, and the back sheet (2) is magnetised, and attaches to a magnetic surface to support the sign or label. The two sheets are assembled back to back, and joined with glue (4). The paper is printed with an image or information, preferably using offset printing to produce a better quality image. The image is coated with a plastic material to provide a gloss protective surface. The rear sheet is coated with a magnetic powder.
