<p>PURPOSE:To keep the time limit of delivery of respective orders while keeping constant the work loads of respective production processes in the steel industry. CONSTITUTION:Since working clays are scheduled by a retroactive scheduling unit 1 retroactively to the downstream process or upstream process of the production process based on the conditions of an order data base 1, operation limitation condition data base 3 and operation calendar 7 in the production managing system, the working days of the uppest-stream process (casting/rolling process) can be decided for fixing the work load of each production process, and the conditions of loads in the future and the date of forwarding of respective orders are exactly predicted by a casting/rolling scheduling unit 15 and a load predicting unit 21 while adding the conditions of a processing amount frame table 9 by next processes and an article type combination table 13 to these conditions. When there is any trouble, it is dealt with by changing the schedule in advance.</p> |
