<p>PURPOSE:To constitute a connecting part of a power cable with a conductive connector, arrange a reinforcing insulator made from rubber or plastic in the connected part, and integrally mold the reinforcing insulator by the application of heat and pressure so that a space is not formed on the inside. CONSTITUTION:Ends of conductors 2, 2a of facing cables are inserted into a conductive connector 30 in a cable connecting part to form a conductive state. A high-tension shield electrode 35 is arranged around the conductive connector 30 and fixed, then a reinforcing insulator 40 made from rubber or plastic is integrally molded thereto by the application of heat and pressure. By forming the surface of the high-tension shield electrode 35 in the form of an arc, when the reinforcing insulator is heated and compressed, air bubbles are not left on the inside of the reinforcing insulator, and rubber or plastic is closely stuck to the conductor in the connecting part so as not to leave a space.</p> |
