PURPOSE:To provide an anti-twisting damper which assures safe use of transmission line without any damage for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:An armor rod structure 10 is completed by alternately and adjacently winding, one by one, in the spiral form, two kinds of a plurality of armor rods 16 having different elastic coefficient in the circumferential direction with one end ordered in such a manner as covering the transmission wire A to the damper fitting part 14 of the damper 12 of the transmission wire A.
