PURPOSE:To perform security protection printing of high reliability by properly settling the security protection function of printing data in network circumstances. CONSTITUTION:When a CPU 41 analyzes report information reported from printers determined as transfer destination candidates in response to an inquiry to discriminate that they have the printing protection function, the CPU 41 generates first printing protection information based on inputted printing protection data and transfers this information to one of these printers and discriminates whether a printing data transfer request is transferred from this printer or not thereafter and starts transfer of printing data, whose security protection is designated, to this printer. |
