PURPOSE:To provide a light emitting display device which is of a thin type, has high display quality and reliability and is inexpensive. CONSTITUTION:This display device is constituted by mounting plural chip type LED elements 1 on one surface of one sheet of a substrate 1 having plural conductor layers and mounting driving circuit parts of these chip type LED elements on the other surface. The display device is constituted by mounting the plural chip type LED elements 1 on one side of the laminated substrate 2 formed by integrally laminating plural sheets of the substrates having the conductor layers and mounting the driving circuit parts 3 of the chip type LED elements 1 on the other surface. The laminated substrate 2 is composed of at least a substrate for mounting LEDs to be mounted with the chip type LED elements 1, a substrate for mounting the driving circuit parts to be mounted with the driving circuit parts 3 and a circuit connecting substrate electrically connecting the chip type LED elements 1 and the driving circuit parts 3 by interposing this substrate between the substrate for mounting the LEDs and the substrate for mounting the driving circuit parts. The light emitting display device of the structure is constituted by mounting a chassis 6 having internal screw thread parts 7 for external mounting on the driving parts circuit mounting side of the laminated substrate 2. |
