PURPOSE:To properly heat an object to be heated with a heating cooker such as a microwave oven without generating unevenness of temperature inside by analyzing the inside temperature distribution from the surface temperature of the heating object. CONSTITUTION:Constituted are of a detection means to detect three-dimensional coordinates by approximating the shape of a heating object equivalently with quantum unit of measured surface temperature, a temperature detection means 28 to detect the surface temperature in the three-dimensional coordinates, and a means 29 to detect the inside temperature distribution of the heating object by analyzing the inside temperature state with such boundary conditions as the three-dimensional surface temperature distribution and the above three- dimensional coordinates and those of boundary element method. |
