<p>PURPOSE:To ensure resistance to friction with plastic, etc., and satisfactory lubricity by using a specified toner and a polyester resin carrier. CONSTITUTION:A toner contg. polyester resin, a colorant and 0.5-10wt.%, preferably 1-5wt.% polyolefin wax is mixed with a polyest.er resin carrier preferably in a weight ratio of (5:95) to (20:80) to obtain the objective developer. The toner and the carrier rub together and the toner can hold electric charges having certain polarity. In the case of <0.5wt.% polyolefin wax content of the toner, the improvement of the fixability and frictional strength of printed matter cannot be expected. In the case of >10wt.%, the flowability of the developer is deteriorated, t.he extent of electrostatic charge is reduced and toner blocking phenomenon is caused.</p> |
