<p>PURPOSE:To provide a supervisory device having a function of deciding whether an accident occurs or not in a CB part, when a bus line accident occurs. CONSTITUTION:Information necessary for decision is fetched through an operation signal fetching part 41 of a bus line protective relay, trip command input part 42 of a CB, pallet contact information fetching part 43 and a signal fetching part 44 of a gas pressure sensor, and in these informations, a detection time difference and a detection level are decided in a decision part 46 to decide whether or not an accident acews in a CB part by a prescribed flow. In decision of the dcision part 46 in the case of deciding whether or not an accident occurs in the CB part in addition to deciding an ordinary CB opening/closing characteristic and supervising a gas pressure, by comparing a trip command with an operating time defference of the protective relay, even in the case of generating an accident point in the CB part during normal breaking decision can be performed, and useful information can be offered to accident restoration.</p> |
