<p>PURPOSE:To reduce voltage fluctuation in a pixel electrode caused due to the effect that a light shading film is provided by providing a capacity film and forming correction capacity between the pixel electrode and a video signal line adjacent to the pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION:The capacity film 7 is extended along a video signal line 13 while superposed on the pixel electrode 6 and the signal line 13, and the area of the capacity film 7 is decided according to the formed correction capacity. The voltage change in the video signal line 12 is applied to the pixel electrode 6 as a modulation noise through parasitic capacity caused by the light shading film 5, and the voltage change in the video signal 13 is applied to the pixel electrode 6 as the modulation noise through the correction capacity of the capacity film 7. Then, respective voltage changes of the video signals 12, 13 are in the relation of phases opposite to each other in a dot inversion drive system, and the modulation noises are canceled each other. Thus, by reducing the voltage fluctuation in the pixel electrode 6, luminance unevenness and a crosstalk phenomenon on a display are suppressed.</p> |
