PRODUCTION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELD MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To simplify the production process and reduce the production cost with utilization of wastes by mixing papers contg. magnetic materials with those contg. no magnetic material and dry opening the mixture or mixing them after dry opening, and press-forming the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A constant rate feeder 11 is disposed at the bottom of a nonmagnetic paper hopper 1. The downstream end of the feeder 11 communicates with an inlet 11 of a dry opener 2. A magnetic paper feeder 3 and binder feeder 4 are coupled with an air intake pipe 5 at the upstream side of the opener 2. An air feed pipe 5a is coupled with an exhaust hole 23 of the opener 2 and the top end of the pipe 5a extends to a press former 6. The production process is such that a mixture of nonmagnetic papers with magnetic papers is dry opened or these two kinds of papers are respectively dry opened before mixing, and the resultant mixture is press-formed.
